Pharmacy Top Job for March: Certified Pharm Tech Needed in Avon Lake, OH

If you have at least two years of recent experience as a pharmacy technician (preferably in a high-volume pharmacy setting), take a look at March’s top job: a Pharmacy Technician is needed for a temporary-to-hire position in Avon Lake, Ohio.

The pay rate starts at $13.50/hour.

You must have licensure to work in Ohio as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (we can help you obtain licensure).

The position is Monday through Friday, with the final hourly schedule to be determined.

Your responsibilities will include reading and interpreting prescriptions and then entering translated prescription information into the pharmacy’s computer system.

You must maintain – and even exceed – quality and productivity goals. You will research additional information as needed within the pharmacy’s various systems in order to make sure you complete required tasks.

You must be flexible and adaptable in order to work in all pharm tech functions as needed and perform other business duties as assigned by your supervisor.

You should be ready and able to move quickly into a pharmaceutical fulfillment role.

This position may see you training new hires and you should be comfortable communicating effectively with all departments within the pharmacy.

In this temporary-to-hire position, you’ll first be an employee of Rx relief® on assignment at the pharmacy for several weeks until the pharmacy hires you. (Please understand that temporary-to-hire assignments come with no guarantee that you will be hired on by our client.)
