The 411 on working with Rx relief

Do I have to pay for your services?
No. Rx relief® services are free to all job seekers. We provide a business-to-business service, and are compensated by our clients.
Do you keep a portion of what I make?
No. Rx relief is focused on getting you the best possible pay rate for a given position. We charge our clients a service fee in addition to your pay rate.
How do I get paid?
Rx relief pays on a weekly basis. For instance, if you start an assignment on Thursday, you will need to turn in your timecard no later than noon the following Saturday. Complete our timesheet, and either email or fax (please call to verify we received your fax) to us. You will receive your first paycheck on the following Friday, and every Friday thereafter, as long as you work on an assignment at one of our client companies. We also have direct deposit available.
Do you offer health insurance?
Yes. Rx relief offers an affordable employee paid benefits program. Visit this page for more details.
How do I get a job?
We are focused on finding the right fit for each of our associates. Once an Rx relief recruiter contacts you the process begins. Our goal is to ensure that we understand what you are looking for in your next career opportunity.
How often should I contact your office?
Communication is key, and we encourage you to stay in touch. We are focused on what you value most, and our recruiters can modify their strategies, if required, to fit your job seeking needs.
Do I have to call you when my assignment ends if I want another job?
Yes. We want to know whenever anything changes in your employment situation. This ensures that we can effectively help you find another position.
Who do I work for, Rx relief or the company you place me with?
It depends. Rx relief offers several types of opportunities such as temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire (meaning that you become a regular employee for a given company). For both temporary and temp-to-hire assignments, you are employed by Rx relief.
How long must I work for a company through Rx relief before I can get hired by that company directly?
Becoming a full-time employee varies by office, client and your individual performance. Your Rx relief recruiter is your best resource, and will work with you to find the best fit for your individual situation.

How long do job assignments last?
The lengths of our assignments are based on the needs of our clients, and whether the position is temporary, temp-to-hire or a direct hire. During your in-person interview, our recruiters will discuss which type of employment opportunity is the right fit for you.
Do you have positions available where I work directly for the company you place me with?
Yes. Rx relief offers our clients the ability to hire our associates full-time. This is considered a direct hire opportunity.
If I don't accept a position offered to me, will you call me again?
We understand that not every position offered to you is going to meet your needs. However, we will consult with you to set reasonable expectations about the kinds of jobs that are available, within the context of your goals and experience.
How can I get to the top of your call list?
Call your recruiter once a week and let them know if anything has changed in your job search. This may change who they are contacting in regards to your experience.
Do you offer any training?
We do offer training on several computer software systems, depending upon client needs. Contact your recruiter directly for more details.
Do you offer coaching prior to my interview with your clients?
Yes. Rx relief recruiters will do everything they can to set you up for success. We understand that the best candidates are not always the best interviewees, and recognize the importance of being well prepared.
What happens if I am not happy in a position placed by Rx relief?
Call our recruiters. Our focus is finding the right fit for you.
