To be considered for this position, you must have the aforementioned five years of experience as a clinical pharmacist specialist in disease drug therapy. You also must have knowledge of (and know how to apply it) clinical pharmacology, drug-drug interactions, pharmacokinetics, and pharmaceutics to patients or you must have had PGY1 or PGY2 training in pediatrics and/or intensive care.

 

You also should have training in cost analysis/cost evaluation. Skills with computerized spreadsheets, word processing and databases also are preferred. You also must demonstrate above-average written and oral communication skills.

 

You must have an open, clean and active license to practice as a pharmacist in Ohio. You need to be able to work a full-time day schedule and you must complete a drug screening and background check successfully.
