Continuing Education Opportunities for Pharmacists

We don’t have to tell you how important continuing education (CE) is for your career, as well as for the health of your patients.

Read below for some information on pharmacy CE opportunities.

Power-Pak Continuing Education (www.powerpak.com) offers dozens of articles, programs, webcasts, etc., for pharmacists. Some of the programs are free.

A recent sampling of course titles:

  • “The Clinical Challenges of Multiple Sclerosis: Managed Care and Specialty Pharmacist Perspectives”
  • “Ocular Surface Health in Glaucoma Management: The Pharmacist’s Role”

Rx School (www.rxschool.com), lists many ACPE accredited continuing education and review courses for pharmacists, pharm techs and other healthcare professionals (such as nurses).  Courses are affordable (usually $33) and are held via webinar.
