Our thorough screening process includes: A personal interview and rating on the Rx relief® professional competency scale, confirmation and tracking of pharmacy skill, reviewing of employment history, confirming of a good standing with the board of pharmacy, confirming licensing status, contacting personal and professional references, confirming insurance coverage, OIG website check, EPLS website check, background checks and first day 4-hour phone follow up and on the job checking.
